It's a red curry with potatoes, red peppers, green peppers, onions, tofu, broccoli. It can come with noodles or brown/white rice. It's delicious! The restaurant is not Casa Terra, it's Loving Hut, but it wouldn't let me change it.
These are good for a snack. I usually have it with Costco's guacamole!

This was actually from a meal delivery service. The chef has a home delivery service and also works for Casa Terra. The food comes all prepared for you. You just have to heat it up and enjoy!
