I had a bit of a scare yesterday. I had chest pain, ended up in A&E (Accident and Emergency at the hospital). Luckily my heart is okay but I was told my cholesterol levels were slightly high.
I know I’ve been eating loads more
Bought this from Lidl the other day and had it today with a salad.
It was really nice, potato-y, filling, and even the omni hubby liked it, a winner as far as I’m concerned.
This is a reasonably nice milk chocolate bar. Not overpowering with the salted caramel taste.
I like the wrapper design too 😊

We bought this in Lisbon. It wasn’t cheap but it was well worth it.
The chocolate is dark and rich, no bitterness at all. And it has a little Portuguese tile pattern on the bar! Really cute.
We thought we’d try it as we’re more
Slightly sweet but nicely spicy plantain chips.
They had a lovely crunch to them as well.
It doesn’t look much, in fact it looks a bit of a mess, but I made Scallion Pankakes, recipe by Jacobking on Instagram, and teriyaki noodles from a recipe from https://www.noracooks.com/vegan-teriyaki-noodle-bowls/ I added more
Oh my goodness me, I opened this packet just before bedtime as I was sorting the cupboard out. Thought I’d put it in a tub so hubby could just grab a few bits to munch. Tried a bit, then a bit more…they are rather addictive more
My favourite ‘butter’. Not sure how much it tastes like butter as I can’t remember, but it’s got a nice taste, and the block spreads well from the fridge.
It is a wee bit expensive but I like it 😊
I really like Asda’s own brand soya yogurt. Sugar free, but so tasty
I bought this yogurt as I’m away and there’s not a Tesco or Asda locally.
I really like Tesco and Asda soya yogurt as they’re unsweetened and good value
I’m not sure about Alpro yogurt as they seem sweet to me. Does anyone more
