Another favorite! I’ve had several vegan versions of tiramisu and theirs is the best. So creamy and light.

This lasagna is one of my favs. It’s so big I have to cut it in half. I honestly don’t miss meat one bit as a vegan but the “meaty” part of this is what makes it a favorite.

I discovered this in a vegan group I’m in and man I’m glad I did! It’s not overly sweet so a spoonful (or two) is just enough. I prefer it refrigerated so it’s more solid.

Burritos are always good here. Tacotarian does tacos and burritos just right. Very tasty!

Everyone was raving about this so I had to try. A little spicy for me but it was good. Def not something I would just order so good to branch out!

Another excellent dish at Get Together. Loved the little restaurant. I wish it was open on Mondays.

Can’t say anything bad at all! This was outstanding! The “tuna” was watermelon. Something new for me. I highly recommend it.

I always start eating and then realize I need to take a pic! Marfa is a small town and only a few vegan options. This was recommended and it was really good!

They bring these back for Easter weekend and I missed out last year. Not this time! Pretty good taste. Slightly mushy but I guess real ones are too. A great veganized dish!

One of my favorites at No Butcher! I love all of the specials but I go back to this one a lot. Perfect for travel sandwich too!
