This had pineapple slaw, potato chips, cilantro, and pink sauce. There is a vegan option for all the hot dogs because the buns, sauces, and toppings are all vegan. Each of them has a flavorful sauce, a satisfying crunch, something pickled, and something fresh. The bold and imaginative combinations of ingredients were delicious.
