Sweet and spicy oyster mushroom, battered, crumbed and fried - the texture and flavour of this mushroom patty was SO GOOD. So savoury. Amazingly fleshy/substantial texture (omni friend agreed!). And the owners are gems! Best burger yet. #burger #veganburger #mushroom
