This #gnocchi is a convenient pantry item as it can stored outside of the fridge / freezer. I placed it in the fridge unopened once and it resulted in condensation. It might spoil sooner.
The texture is chewy and really good with a variety of sauces. This brand is slightly more expensive but they have very good quality products.
