This consisted of a tofu katsu cutlet, that was crispy on the outside with a meaty but tender consistency inside, fresh, crisp shredded cabbage and greens, preserved lemon, and lively house sauce inside soft and pillowy house-baked shokupan bread. Served with a Japanese pickle on the side. It had intensely satisfying with fabulous flavors.
