I had prepped (filling) ingredients for mini purple sweet potato pies and I remembered how my roommate enjoys graham cracker crust. I was having difficulty finding graham crackers without honey so I ended up purchasing these premade crusts from Aldi. These were super convenient and reasonably priced. Unfortunately they contain palm oil, so they’re not a product I would regularly buy as I am hoping to avoid it. Wish they didn’t, though, as they are a cute product and perfect for entertaining.
