Mini Graham Cracker Ready Crusts

I had prepped (filling) ingredients for mini purple sweet potato pies and I remembered how my roommate enjoys graham cracker crust. I was having difficulty finding graham crackers without honey so I ended up purchasing these premade crusts from Aldi. These were super convenient and reasonably priced. Unfortunately they contain palm oil, so they’re not a product I would regularly buy as I am hoping to avoid it. How cute are these mini pie crusts!!? They were great for making desserts in, especially my chocolate peanut butter pie. They baked easily in the oven and turned out perfectly. Such an easy alternative to making your own graham cracker crust. #dessert #piecrust #pie #veganisnotscary

What a surprise that these are vegan! Biggest issue is the artificial ingredients but it’s not an everyday food anyway. 🤷‍♀️ Note: 12 mini pies equal a typical 9 inch pie - meaning you’ll need 2 packages if you want to follow a standard recipe.
