Look at this amazing plate of food - #blackbeans, #basmatirice, Heura chunks, plump juicy #corn, #avocado and #picodegallo!!! The black beans were so tender and earthy, and was it lime that I tasted to give it a tropical zing? Basmati rice was the perfect compliment and the pico de gallo a nice texture contrast (I would have loved some heat in it, TBH). The creamy avocado was at its peak of ripeness, and the Heura chunks were sublime, sauteéd with peppers and red onion. Priced at 15€ for this very filling plate.
We are so fortunate to have this 100% #allveganrestaurant in our seaside village, it has been here for years and hopefully years to come! The quality of the food is notable and their rotating menu is always filled with creative, delicious and healthy cuisine. Not to mention their homemade delectable desserts. One spot not to be missed on your travels to #fuerteventura. I am definitely #veganproud to promote and #supportlocalbusiness like this one!!
