I think this is a very delicious dish. Great when you desire comfort food. It might have been inspired by McDonald’s sausage McMuffin.

The plant-based #sausagepatty has a texture similar to pork. The #vegancheese is similar to nacho cheese. The flavour is subtle. Same for the #veganmayo. The #englishmuffin is well toasted and has a nice texture. The #hashbrowns were crispy. The salad was fresh and flavourful with #vinaigrette dressing.
