Italian Sub Meets Pizza al Boxcar Pizza — Recensione di pdxveg (23 set 2024)

This was a collaboration with Rad Magic Subs for the Circle V Portland 2024 Vegan Food & Drink Festival. It consisted of a 48-hour fermented sourdough crust, 🌱-based mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian seasoned soy curls, pepperoncini, red onion, lettuce, 🍅, oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning. It was delicious and showcased the talents of the two fantastic vegan restaurants.
