Thick shot of freshly-whisked matcha followed by mylk and housemade hojicha syrup, though sadly the layers couldn't be seen through this opaque cup haha. 🍵🥛 Appreciated that we could swap from fresh milk to #soymilk free-of-charge, or #oatmilk for additional $1~ Iced version available for additional $1.60. 🧊 My non-veg mum doesn't often get drinks when dining out, and I'm also not an avid café-hopper (contrary to popular belief 😬), but we needed to decompress after watching a theatre production about a difficult topic by Wild Rice nearby. She really enjoyed this drink and said it seemed like you truly get what you pay for, since it was of good quality, tasting rich and full-bodied without being overly bitter. Glad I'm able to spend on myself and my loved ones, and more importantly I'm glad we had this time and space to talk through the theatre production we had watched and how it related to us.
