Such a cool concept and a great flavour combination! 🍕
This pizza has a hummus base and is topped with grilled baby marrow, caramelised onion, butternut and a balsamic reduction. Visually very pretty and colourful.
I really enjoyed this pizza but would have preferred more caramelised onion to balance out the toppings, especially as the pieces of butternut were quite large and plentiful.
Overall a really enjoyable and unique pizza. I had a few slices left and our waitress took them to put in a doggy bag, except I got something even better - a swan bag (see second photo)! 🦢 Such a cute surprise.
Ferdinando’s has beautiful and vibrant decor with a friendly atmosphere. The service was lovely and we had a great time. Already excited to go back!
