Review of Galettes Sarrasin Vegan at The Crêperie by ishara-
This savoury crepe is made of buckwheat and filled with eggplant, zucchini, red onions and topped with sweet pepper cream and roasted sunflower seeds. It looks delicious especially with that colourful sauce, but it tasted very bland. They serve it with a side salad that contained one type of lettuce with an odd tasting dressing. The only thing I enjoyed about this restaurant is the lovely location near the Pantheon and Luxembourg gardens.
