Galettes Sarrasin Vegan

This savoury crepe is made of buckwheat and filled with eggplant, zucchini, red onions and topped with sweet pepper cream and roasted sunflower seeds. It looks delicious especially with that colourful sauce, but it tasted very bland. They serve it with a side salad that contained one type of lettuce with an odd tasting dressing. The only thing I enjoyed about this restaurant is the lovely location near the Pantheon and Luxembourg gardens.

Crêpes con crema di peperoni, zucchine e melanzane. Davvero super deliziosa!!

The crepes alone was very good. I appreciated the effort of having a vegan fish on the menu but the veggie mixture wasn’t an amazing choice, a bit tasteless.
