I don’t usually buy this as I make my own chocolate for adding in desserts. But I will give a try as an exception. It has sunflower lecithin and sugar, which are some reason I avoid it. I make my own raw vegan chocolate tempering raw cacao butter , cacao or cacao licor and maple syrup or agave. And check the temperature.
