Vegan Red Dragon Roll al Haru Haru Sushi & Teriyaki — Recensione di sofihuasteca (3 mar 2024)

Blown away by the #vegansushi offerings that Haru Haru in Auburn, #washington has! This small restaurant has a limited #veganmenu of four rolls but they can also #veganize #friedrice and have a few other options.

This red dragon roll was topped with shoestring fried veggies (I think carrots) and had avocado, cucumber, carrot and a tofu based cream (I think it is tofu). Lots of textures and flavors to explore on this complex roll.
