This was a lively, flavorful Burmese-style tomato-based curry with potatoes and crispy, fluffy tofu. Served with two fantastic flaky buttery parathas. There is a choice of mild, medium, hot, or spice on the side. This was medium spice and had a satisfying amount of 🔥.
