Historically when I've had these gluten free vegan banana bread slices from Coles, they've been very dry and crumbly in a dessicated spongy mattress way. This time was no different, even if these were on half price quick sale. 🥲 If you take it upon yourself to purchase these, accompany the sweetness with a strong brewed tea or so.
Also, the slices are individually packaged, and the cake contains preservative and palm oil products.
