Not kidding.
I used to looooove cheese, the stronger, the better. This is a #bluecheese molded. It is absolutely amazing. Big props to this brand for absolutely nailing it. My mom said moldy cheese are easier to replicate since they can use the same mold bacteria 🧫 I bought this at Vegan World, and I hope I’ll find it again cause I ate it all in a heartbeat 🤤🥲
It is very expensive. But I’ll absolutely voluntarily go bankrupt for this cheese.
