Wow. Just wow.

Wooooow. Woooooooowwww.

I don't know how Gia does it. They take #Italian to the next level.

This was described as "house made bolognese ragu, nut-based parmesan, basil.
contains Impossible meat"

It was $23.

I usually hate #veganmeat, but this sung. It was so special. The depth. The #umami. Omg. Run and get this!

And the #pasta!!! It was so thin and flavourful and you could tell it was homemade, but with high-level execution. Perfect edges. It hugged the #sauce perfectly.

I wish I could have eaten this in the comfort of my home, so I could enjoy each strand with my eyes closed lmao! It was truly #magic.

This dish looks so good!

Italian restaurants are notoriously vegan unfriendly. Not only does Gia show that Italian dishes could be vegan, but how it’s done. Italian restaurants should take note.
