BEST RICE BALL I HAVE EVER HAD AS A #VEGAN!!!
I grew up on rice balls at the Italian bakery we frequented as kids, so it is truly something I missed when going vegan.

Gia is soooooo magical! Just look at the atmosphere (2nd pic). It is now on the Michelin guide and they rotate their menu about 8 times a year, making sure to keep on a few staple items like their Baby Gem Salad. We sat at the bar, as we didn't make a reservation and just spontaneously stumbled upon it. Defs make a reservation if you want to go, though.
These rice balls rocked so hard. They are described as "pea & plant-based mozzarella carnaroli rice balls (2) with parmesan,
tomato sauce with preserved chilis, grated olive". The rice balls I grew up with were just rice and peas and cheese, so this was so perfect.
The outside was so #crispy, so it held up to all the #sauces. The grated #olive took it to the next level. Perfection. Perfect size. I #highlyrecommend you run and get this!
