Lasagna – with maitake mushrooms and zucchini, layered with rustic tomato sauce, melted 🌱-based mozzarella, and tofu ricotta. Served with a spinach side salad. Luscious, saucy, intensely satisfying.
Stuffed Mushrooms – with tomatoes, red peppers, and cannellini beans, and topped with vibrant, chunky, rich, and creamy pesto. Exquisite.
Sourdough Baguette with Roasted Garlic Butter
Tiramisu – divinely rich and creamy, decadently delicious.
