Very good meal. Very different from a standard vegan burger. It is a rösti burger with seitan, ketchup, mayo, mustard and pickle. Comes with a side salad. The burger was 13,50 euro which is pricey for lunch in my opinion. The restaurant is 99% vegan. They serve some vegetarian food. #seitan #burger #colmar
