Hamburguesa rösti de verduras cubierta con filete de seitán, ketchup, mostaza en grano, mayonesa, pepinillo, cebolla y ensalada verde. La pidió mi amiga (no es vegana) y no le gustó mucho, creo que habría mejorado si hubiera llevado pan en lugar de rösti. Very good meal. Very different from a standard vegan burger. It is a rösti burger with seitan, ketchup, mayo, mustard and pickle. Comes with a side salad. The burger was 13,50 euro which is pricey for lunch in my opinion. The restaurant is 99% vegan. They serve some vegetarian food. #seitan #burger #colmar
