They have a good variety of vego options here. This dish comes with a side of mashed potatoes which isn’t vegan. So do remember to request to swap that out for more veggies.
Glad that companies like IKEA are moving in this direction. To make their food more inclusive to the veg*n minority. Appreciate the effort. We’re gettin there fellas..
The balls had a lovely taste. Slightly meaty in texture. But the faux meat taste wasn’t too intense.

both mash and sauce contain dairy unfortunately, sorry to burst the bubble 😩
When I go to the market place & look at the frozen section, the plant balls quick meal box with the sauce & mash potatoes have no dairy. I thought that would be the same for the kitchen. We did ask the staff and they told us mash potatoes & sauce are vegan. It seems different answers from different staff
