This consisted of smoky organic tempeh 🥓, organic avocado 🥑, organic chickpeas, organic tomato 🍅, and organic red onion on a bed of organic lettuce 🥬. Served with creamy, tangy, authentic-tasting vegan blue cheese dressing. Refreshing, satisfying, and great that all the veggies were organic.
