A really big hearty and filling portion. I liked that the broth was quite thick and rich, there was a nice amount of tofu, broccoli, and seaweed. The only thing I’d change is the noodles, I felt like they were a little tiny bit too soft. Other than that it’s a great dish and I thoroughly enjoyed it #ramen #noodles #saveveganrestaurants #veganrestaurant
