Pesto Kale Salad (vegan version) al Mississippi Pizza — Recensione di pdxveg (19 apr 2023)

This consisted of mixed kale greens, house marinated artichoke hearts, multicolored grape tomatoes, and vegan pesto dressing (not the default creamy pesto dressing) plus roasted beets, bell pepper medley, and Mama Lil’s spicy peppers. This deluxe and generously sized salad was a delicious and nourishing way to eat the rainbow 🌈.
