This consisted of Mexican red rice, beans with sunflower crema and almond queso fresco, tinga made with savory braised jackfruit and caramelized onions stewed in a spicy chipotle sauce, rajas made with poblano peppers, taco campana, salsa, and a side of three warm tortillas. With a wonderful combination of delicious ingredients, it was delicious and satisfying.
