This consisted of Lan Zhou broth made with a traditional Chinese medicine formula of 13 medicinal herbs and spices that create a "Fiery Wind" to combat the "Damp Cold" that the cold wet weather sometimes brings, fresh rice noodles, tofu pillows, daikon, yu choy, green onions, cilantro, and chili oil. The uniquely delicious as well as nourishing broth had a warming and comforting mix of herby, earthy, savory, and spicy flavors.
