Rice noodles, fried tofu, beancurd 'fish', and shredded cucumber in spicy, sweet, and sour broth. I've eaten the real deal in Penang; this was sufficiently tangy and appetising, but would have been more realistic if the 'fish' was cut into smaller pieces like the mackerel flakes! (Allium-free, $7) #sgvegan
