Billed as vegan deep-fried pork belly, this has a nice qq, springy mouth feel when you bite into it, That's about it though - it doesn't taste of much, and it's the accompanying tangy mayo that gives the dish any flavour at all. Shame that it doesn't try to approximate the taste as well as the texture of pork belly!
