
Neither me or my friends had ever heard of Emerald #tofu but it sounded good 😂 It’s a good thing our instincts did not fail us this time 😜
I believe they make their own tofu in-house as I’ve seen them make their own mock fish 🤓 My suspicions were contributed by how uniquely dense it is with so much #sustenance 😋 It looks like there were bits of carrots and #mushroom minced in. They also appear to have been #deepfried before being bathed in an unknown #sauce 🤪 They also check all my favourite flavour boxes: salty, sweet and MSG 😝 Consuming this dish felt restorative ✊ Then again, it could just be the #tofulover in me 😋
RM 16 is quite a bit for something as cheap as tofu. However, I WILL say that this is the most filling #tofudish I’ve ever had 😮💨
It seems that every dish from this place is very heavy but never feels too greasy 🤔 Still tasty though!
