Peking “duck” al Tofu Vegan — Recensione di jessskh (7 nov 2022)

It’s been over a year since I’ve been to Tofu Vegan but it remains one of the best vegan places in London.

This Peking “Duck” dish is a great way to provide a classic Chinese dish in a vegan form. The duck pieces were crispy and slightly resembled duck in taste but more so in texture. I always think that the star of the show for duck pancakes is the sauce which didn’t disappoint.
