Review of Mechada De Soya Caribeña - La Jama Vegana by taysavage

This is a vegan version of "shredded chicken" in a Caribbean style sauce. It was pretty good in flavor but I didn't like the texture very much, it was like chewy. Still good for some dishes, maybe with rice or something.

It's from a vegan Costa Rican company, didn't take a pic of the package since it came in frozen in a plain plastic bag without labels.
