This cheese is a game changer for me. It is so delicious and melts really well. It looks and feels a bit like Edam before melting. I grilled it for 5 minutes and melted really well. It has a strong cheesey taste in my opinion and would be great for cheese on toast, pizza or on a jacket potato. After trying vegan cheese about 2 years ago and hating it, I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was, but I was pleasantly surprised.
It was £2.35 from Tesco.
