Melting Mature

It’s good, consistency snd taste of a mature cheese and usable for any recipes.

This cheese is a game changer for me. It is so delicious and melts really well. It looks and feels a bit like Edam before melting. I grilled it for 5 minutes and melted really well. It has a strong cheesey taste in my opinion and would be great for cheese on toast, pizza or on a jacket potato. After trying vegan cheese about 2 years ago and hating it, I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was £2.35 from Tesco.

deffo not mature tasting but the best melting vegan cheese I’ve ever had, it was really good on pasta but not too sure about it cold. A little pricy, like most vegan cheese. Shame about the non-recycling packaging, puts me off buying it again but most likely will? idk.

This cheese alternative melts well and is stretchy when hot like dairy cheese, the taste is also reasonable however the cheese does stick to your teeth a little in your mouth as I’ve noticed other vegan cheeses do, but otherwise great value and good quality.
