This consisted of crispy, meaty Before the Butcher fried chicken on a hearty cornmeal waffle that was crisp on the outside, fluffy and chewy inside, with a choice of rosemary mushroom gravy or maple-bourbon syrup and vegan butter. I chose the irresistible maple-bourbon syrup, making this a fabulous combination of sweet and savory. (Gluten-free) #saveveganrestaurants
