This consisted of luscious Vtopian Artisan Cheeses veggie rainbow cream cheese, smoky blackened 🐥-free soy curls, fresh spinach, heirloom tomato, chives, and an irresistible sweet and tangy balsamic glaze drizzle on a toasted pub bun. Served with their super-secret 18-spice blend hash brown patty that is crispy on the outside and tender inside. This had tantalizingly delicious contrasts of flavor and texture. #saveveganrestaurants
