I feel like when the people at Sharwood’s were discussing the recipe it when like that scene from Mean Girls when Regina George asks ‘Is butter a carb?’, but instead it’s guy1 asking guy2 ‘Is sugar a spice?’.
Yeah it’s creamy, but is it meant to be this sweet? I dunno. I think I’ll just go back to making curries the hard way with real spices- that way I might have a strong flavour.
