Review of Medium Firm Tofu - Wicked by emmysea

This decent sized tofu block was really easy to cook with. The only thing I’d say about it is that it doesnt specify whether it needed pressing or not so I didn’t bother and it was really wet, so it had to cook for a long time for the excess to evaporate. Used it to make one of fitgreenmind’s recipes on Instagram- tofu crunchwraps 🤤 #veganuary
