Review of Nutritional Yeast - Engevita by miyukudo

Simple but highly nutritious yeast flakes. Very rich in vitamin B12, zinc and many other nutrients. I used to take marmite daily as a source of B12, but I was a bit worried about getting too much sodium. I now prefer this product (although I still love marmite!), as it contains very little salt (only 0.02g per 5g). #veganisnotscary
