This consisted of a Before the Butcher patty, potato mitten, homemade cranberry sauce, arugula, and homemade gravy on a fluffy 🐥🥚-free brioche bun. We are thankful that we were able to enjoy all the sweet and savory holiday flavors in this innovative seasonal special without involving any animals. #saveveganrestaurants
