We love this brand and have tried many products by Verisoy. I use them as mock meats especially with things like vegan bbq pork! It takes some experimenting so if you've never used this product, look up a recipe first, that will give you the tools you need :) once you learn how to use this , you will think of all kinds of creative ways to use it. I'm constantly day dreaming of how I will use this in some delicious dish 😅
