This consisted of tasty and hearty chickpea cutlets, sweet and savory ginger-molasses root vegetables, kale in a flavorful, creamy tahini dressing, tomato chutney, coconut yogurt, pickled Anaheim chilies, and brown basmati rice, plus a couple of fluffy, crispy, and soft poori. It is a great combination of delicious and complementary dishes. (Gluten-free without the poori). #saveveganrestaurants
