Review of Bluffalo Notzzarella - I am nut ok by katmarievegan

Was a bit disappointing as it just melted to liquid and wasn’t really like Mozzarella in taste or consistency. It was quite expensive too so I don’t think I will buy it again for pizza but maybe eat it raw in a salad with some tomatoes, basil and olive oil.
