Review of Good Hope soy milk Unsweetened - Clover by zsuz

This is one of the best unsweetened soy milk I have tasted so far. I use it for baking and in my tea. It’s not too thick nor too watery, the consistency works very well.
When I add some lemon or apple cider vinegar for “buttermilk”, it curdles quickly and very well.
