Probably the nicest pizza I’ve tried from Pure Pizza, a reeeaaally generous amount of toppings (not a load of actual aubergine because I suppose it would be too soggy, but the olives and artichokes were more than welcome.) The vegan cheese they use is really nice too, and the base is doughy and fresh
